Thank for airing these concerns in public because I know of affected writers who are not receiving replies or detailed explanations what they did wrong and how to rectify.

With respect, the answers supplied here by the CEO are vague generalities:

"... behaving in ways that siphon money away from other writers" - what are the specific behaviors please, so that we can ensure we conform?

"... the partner program is set up to pay for quality in order to do that we have to discourage people that are manufacturing false signals of quality." - please can we be apprised of what these false signals are?

When writers and editors we respect for their quality writing, support and engagement are revoked with no recourse or explanation, I believe public discourse is the only way to resolve this concerning issue.
