Good for you going to gym. I've started yoga again (at home) to keep my body supple - it's going to take a while to loosen up but it feels a little better.

I turn 74 in May, and with my husband's passing in January at 84, I'm determined to look after my health and live into my nineties.

I'm grateful I don't experience all the issues you do - well not all - I don't have a prostate!

But I have arthritis in my fingers/hands which began over a decade ago to the extent I can no longer play the guitar. And my fingers often hit the wrong letter on the keyboard, so I check everything I type before publishing. Only hit the wrong letter twice typing this.
