Joey's story leads me to believe I'm an autodidact too.

Of the small class of fourteen girls in my final year of school. twelve were incredibly smart. They mastered physics, maths or any other subject with an ease I envied. I felt inferior.

I discovered in my adult years that my curiosity leads me down paths of exploration that satisfy my thirst for knowledge about topics that interest me.

I was telling somebody recently about a new Bill passed in the South African parliament and the negative impact it would have on individuals. They asked how I know so much about stuff. My answer was I find out by reading and researching!
