I’m happy it’s working for you. I tried lots of affirmations years ago and nothing worked — too much clutter in my head. Then I discovered the late Dr Wayne Dyer, who said “You’ll see it when you believe it.”

That shifted my perspective and I discovered that I didn’t believe in myself.

I stick to a simple affirmation from Marisa Peer “I am enough”. And when I encounter challenges that feel overwhelming, “I have phenomenal coping skills”, repeated often for a few days. My brain believes it and the so-called crisis passes.
