I was born at St Mary’s Hospital, London, on 14 May 1950.

In view of the fact that Prince William and Harry (is he still a Prince?) and their progeny were all born there too, you may curtsy.

When I look in the mirror I see a young woman, not a soon-to-be septuagenarian and definitely not a vegetarian.

I find self-delusion far more rewarding than self-reflection.
