I have this same problem with more fans than reads and sent a query to the Help desk on 21 July - no response yet. All the fans are writers I know would not clap without reading.

Also sent a query on 20 July about my incorrect follower count - their "Current Issues" mentions this and says it will be fixed in a few hours - this notice has been up for two weeks and Iv'e received no reply.

My profile shows 4K followers but the correct figure is 3.2K . WTF?
