I confess I don't have the patience to go vegan. Went vegetarian for a while - but missed animal protein. However, I balance it with healthy veg and fruits and avoid processed foods.

Your title drew me in as I wrote a parody a couple of years ago on the original song by Annie Lennox - was going to title it Sweets Dreams are made of piss - but it didn;t work for the subject matter. However, I enjoyed her song going round and round in my head the entire day.
