I agree about Bikram. The studio where I practiced called it Bikram yoga, but his name was never mentioned. However, I enjoyed the hot yoga.

I'm gradually moving through the 26 postures - adding two at a time once I've mastered the first ones. Giving my body a chance to become flexible and fit again. Twenty years ago I could do all the postures with ease! It's gonna take a while.
