Genies, Groupies, Criminals and a Whole Lot of Other Questions to Ponder
Another irresistible line of questioning that forced me to think
Karen Schwartz has concocted another This or That Challenge which woke my brain from atrophying due to lack of use.
Here goes:
1. You have a personal genie for one week with only one master. Do you spend your wishes on yourself or pass the genie on to someone with a terminal illness?
This is tough to answer. I’d pass the genie on to the terminally ill person whether they had less than a week to live or not because wishes last longer than a week.
2. Would you rather be a groupie or a talented cymbal player in your favourite band travelling from country to country?
I think being a groupie at my age would be unthinkable. I would have preferred being a talented tambourine player, but seeing as the band is touring the world, I’ll go for finger cymbals as they’re easy to transport.
I can just pop them in my handbag and pull them out to play and annoy the other passengers on the plane.
3. You’re writing your next bestselling novel. While writing your first draft, would you rather live a hermit’s life in the woods or sit on a cruise ship’s balcony…
